Accounts Payable (part-time) - Clothing Wholesaler

Our client is an established wholesaler of quality Men's Branded Suits distributing throughout Australia and New Zealand. The Finance Manager is seeking a passionate, confident and experienced Accounts Payable person to join the team.

  • Manage the AP function including processing supplier invoices/ credit notes and payments on the system
  • Perform bank reconciliation on a number of business accounts
  • Produce weekly AP payment schedules for approval and creating payment batches using the banking software
  • Various other finance functions as delegated by management from time to time
  • Support the Credit Controller where required, work with together and act as a backup if required.
The successful candidate will have solid experience working in a similar Accounts Payable role; experience working in the clothing industry is preferred.

***This is a permanent part-time position; 3 or 4 days a week; work days and hours are negotiable***
