Programmed Skilled Workforce is a leading provider of managed workforce and training services.

Our Client is one of the largest suppliers of crop protection solutions globally. They are currently seeking confident Machine Operators to join their Manufacturing site based in Laverton, Western Suburbs.

About your new role:

  • Operation of a Chemical Manufacturing Machine
  • Quality assurance, checks and reporting
  • Ensuring vessels and equipment are washed out to specified standard

About you:

  • You have great attention to detail
  • Previous experience in chemical manufacturing sector or manufacturing environment
  • Demonstrated Forklift operation experience and a valid LF license
  • Must be prepared to work flexible work hours
  • Must be prepared to take on training and development opportunities
  • Must be able to demonstrate an aptitude for hazard identification and risk assessment, and the ability to work safely in a high-risk environment
  • Must have a high level of literacy and numeracy skills
  • Good verbal communication skills
