We currently have a great opportunity for an enthusiastic Administration Assistant to join a major contract with a government agency in Brooklyn.

Data Entry experience in facilities maintenance / technical services industries or similar fields will support your application.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is task-focused and wants to join a large Australian company. You will need to be highly organised, self-motivated and able to work autonomously and in a team.

Supporting the Commercial Manager and Operations team, this position is accountable for providing first class customer service and administration support to the business.

Due to the location, having your own vehicle would be advantageous.

The company are a leading provider of asset management, facilities maintenance and project management services across a multitude of industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with both Internal/External customers across a broad range of roles and levels
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedure
  • Manage general correspondence
  • Checking invoicing with a high attention to detail
  • Reconciliation management
  • Maintenance of the company database system

You will display the following skills, qualities and experiences:

  • Professional phone manner
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook
  • Navision experience (not essential)
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage priorities and conflicting issues
  • Demonstrated ability to use initiative
  • Have a can-do positive attitude
  • Be able to work as part of a team and autonomously
  • Previous experience in the water sector is desirable but not required
